+more R10k-a-week Competition

Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the Competition is +more, a division of Pepkor Trading (Pty) Ltd ("the Promoter").
2. The name of the Competition is the “+more R10k-a-week” competition ("the Competition").
3. The Competition will run from 28 September 2025 to 1 October 2026, both days included ("the Competition Period").
4. By entering the Competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The Competition prize is 1 (one) R10 000.00 cash prize per week (“the Prize”).
6. The Competition is open to all participants within the Republic of South Africa that are South African citizens (in possession of a valid South African ID book or card) and South African residents (in possession of a valid South African permanent residency permit) with a valid South African bank account. You are not eligible to participate in this Competition if: - 
   • You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or its affiliates/divisions/subsidiaries or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the Competition.
   • You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling, immediate family member, business partner or associate of the persons specified above.
7. To enter the Competition, a Participant must have:
   • joined +more via any of the sign up channels; and
   • every digital scan of the card will give the participant one entry in the Competition during the Competition Period.
8. Entry into the competition is free and participants get an automatic entry every time they scan or enter their +more Rewards code at the till during the Competition Period, and entrants are only eligible to win one (1) prize for the duration of the Competition.
9. +more reserves the right to disqualify any user who enters using false information by robotic, automated or like means.
10. All prizes in this Competition are not transferable.
11. Notification of the Prize will be communicated  to the winners, using the contact number they used to enter the competition.
12. The first week of the Competition will run from 28 September 2025 to 5 October 2025. The winner will be chosen randomly from all the valid entries received.
13. Winners will be contacted between 10am and 3pm on the day of the draw to arrange for the fulfilment of the Prize. 
14. The winner will be announced on the date of the draw. An alternative winner will be drawn after 2 days from the date of draw if a winner is unreachable.
15. Winners give +more and its authorized agents consent to use their names for publicity purposes, unless refused.
16. +more reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such an event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against +more and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against +more.
17. Your privacy is very important to +more and the Pepkor group of companies  and it will use all reasonable efforts in order to ensure that any information, including personal information, provided by you, or which is collected from you, is stored in a secure manner. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Statement.
18. You agree to provide Pepkor with accurate and current information and to maintain and update such information when necessary. The information collected by Pepkor may be used to send you information about products, services, and special offers of the various companies in the Pepkor group that may be of interest or value to you. The information may also be processed by +more and other companies in the Pepkor group, any of their operators, agents, and sub-contractors (who may be outside South Africa) on the condition that they will keep such information confidential.
19. You acknowledge that any information supplied to +more and the Pepkor group of companies in terms of these Terms and Conditions is provided voluntarily.
20. By submitting any information to +more and the Pepkor group of companies in any form you further acknowledge that such conduct constitutes an unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the processing of such information by +more and the Pepkor group of companies under any applicable law in the manner contemplated above, which consent shall, in the absence of any written objection received from you, be indefinite and/or for the period otherwise required in terms of any applicable law.
21. Unless you have consented, +more and the Pepkor group of companies will not sell, exchange, transfer, rent or otherwise make available any personal information about you (such as name, address, email address, telephone, or fax number) to other parties and you indemnify +more and the Pepkor group of companies from any unintentional disclosures of such information to unauthorized persons.
22. Should you believe that +more and the Pepkor group of companies has utilised your personal information contrary to applicable law, you shall first resolve any concerns with +more and the Pepkor group of companies. If you are not satisfied with such a process, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
23. You can choose to be excluded from direct marketing by notifying +more in writing or by registering a block on any registry which +more is bound by law to recognise. +more will not charge you a fee to update this request on its systems. +more will give effect to any changes requested by you as soon as reasonably possible.

Terms and Conditions

2. The name of the competition is “Download the +more Rewards App & Win an iPhone 17 Pro Max ("the Competition").
3. The Competition will run from 13 October 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both days included) ("the Competition Period").
4. By entering the Competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The competition is open to all participants eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entering the Competition within the Republic of South Africa that are South African citizens (in possession of a valid South African ID book or card) and South African residents (in possession of a valid South African permanent residency permit). You are not eligible to participate in this competition if: 
   • You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Pepkor group of companies its affiliates/divisions/subsidiaries or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the competition;
   • You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling, immediate family member, business partner or associate of the persons specified above.
6.  To enter the Competition, a Participant must have during the Competition Period
   • joined +more Rewards via any of the sign up channels; and
   • have downloaded the +more Rewards App.
7. Entry into the competition is free.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any user who enters using false information by robotic, automated or like means.
9. The prize in this Competition is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
10. The winner will be announced on 12 January 2026.
11. The winner will be randomly selected from the entries received via the entry channel.
12. The winner will be notified telephonically on the valid contact number provided on their +more Rewards profile. An alternative winner will be drawn if after 3 attempted telephone calls the Promoter cannot contact the initial winner.
13. The winner will be contacted within 21 business days after the draw.
14. The winner gives the Promoter, and its authorized agents consent to use their names plus photo for publicity purposes unless refused.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such an event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against +more and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against the Promoter.
16. Winners can select and indicate any of our retail brand stores at which they want to redeem their Iphone 17 Promax. They will be contacted when it arrives at the store and on the day of collection, if consent is given by the customer, their photo may be taken.
17. The Promoter and their delivery agent do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying or enjoying the prize won in this competition.
18. Motorola Hello Summer 2025 Competition

1. Buy any Motorola smartphone from Ackermans, PEP, PEPCell, Pep Home, Incredible Connection or HiFi Corp between 25 October – 27 December 2025, using your +more Rewards card.  
   • Purchases without a +more Rewards card will not qualify.
2. By purchasing with your +more Rewards card, you are automatically entered into the competition.
3. +more Rewards will share the details of qualifying participants with the party conducting the draw.
   • No other personal data will be shared, and the draw party will not use or sell participant data in any way. 
4. Each week, 25 winners will be randomly drawn to win a R1,000 Checkers grocery voucher.

• R250,000 in vouchers is up for grabs over 9 weeks.
• Prize Breakdown: 
  • Weeks 1–8 (25 Oct – 19 Dec 2025): 25 winners × R1,000 each = R25,000 per week
  • Final Week – Christmas Bonus Week (20 – 27 Dec 2025): 25 winners × R2,000 each = R50,000
  • Total: R250,000
• Vouchers are sent electronically via Computicket and can be used at Checkers, Shoprite or Usave stores.
• Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.

• Draw will be a random selection conducted by the Promoter’s appointed party in accordance with South African law.

• Voucher Use:
  • Can be used at any Checkers, Shoprite, or Usave store nationwide.
  • Can only be redeemed in-store, not online.
  • Delivered by SMS to the recipient’s cellphone within one hour of issue.
  • The SMS must be kept until the voucher is redeemed.
  • Vouchers can be redeemed only once.
  • Cannot be redeemed at Usave mobile stores, MediRite Pharmacies, or Money Market counters.
  • No change given if the value of the purchase is less than the voucher amount.
  • Remaining balance (if any) will be loaded onto a gift card in-store.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Valid for 3 years from date of issue.
